1. Fair and lawful use You may use this email-forwarding service fairly for domains and addresses you are authorized to manage. You must comply with applicable law and respect the rights, privacy and security of others. The service may only be used for lawful, peaceful purposes. Do not use it for unlawful communications, spam, fraud, malware, hate speech, insulting, demeaning or harassing any person or group of people, threats, promoting or inciting violence, or other abusive activity. 2. Protection of the service You must not maliciously target, attack, disrupt, overload or impair the service, its infrastructure, its users or third parties. Do not gain or attempt unauthorized access, exploit vulnerabilities, bypass security or rate controls, misuse credentials, or conduct security testing without the provider's prior authorization. Do not evade fair-use limits. The provider may limit, suspend or terminate access to prevent abuse, protect security or comply with law. 3. Best-effort service only The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available", best-effort basis. No service-level agreement, availability commitment, delivery guarantee, response-time commitment or service-credit entitlement is made. Email may be delayed, rejected, lost or disrupted. Availability, accuracy, security and uninterrupted operation are not guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate independent backups and alternative communications; do not rely on this service as the sole means for urgent or safety-critical communications. 4. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the provider excludes liability and any obligation to pay compensation for any monetary or other loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from use of, inability to use, failure of, or disruption to the service. This includes direct, indirect, incidental, consequential and special losses, loss of messages or data, lost profits, revenue, business, opportunities or goodwill, and interruption costs, whether a claim is based on contract, negligence or another legal basis, even if the possibility of loss was notified. 5. Mandatory rights Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded or limited, or removes mandatory consumer or other statutory rights. These terms do not purport to exclude liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence where such exclusion is unlawful. Any unenforceable provision applies only to the extent legally permitted; the remaining provisions continue to apply.
